Great car. Great service.
Got a great deal on a BMW 320D Sport Touring. Amazing spec for the money, near mint condition, and it's an absolute beast of a car! The service was personable and replies were quick. Mark who I dealt with on the day was a legend; he took the time to show me all the features, was very friendly, and put me completely at ease. It came out that I was diabetic and he even gave me an emergency Snickers for the journey home! Happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend JAD Motor Ltd.

Lovely company!!! I travelled from London to buy A Mercedes E Class, the car was worth the journey . Very outstanding service - could not have had a better experience.They even picked me up at the station because I am not familiar with Birmingham. Excellent professional, helpful staff. Always available to speak on telephone or text if needed. I will definitely be back there in future without thinking twice.

Make sure you look at documents
My experience with the guys at JAD were good, they got me a good deal on finance but please check documents as they stated car had one previous owner and to my shock it has had 5!! Very annoyed as wouldn't of brought the car If I knew that and it was over priced for the amount of previous owners.

Excellent vehicles....top class customer service
Phoned up one of the sales team members (apparently I'm not allowed by Autotrader to name individuals in mu review....) and he was very polite and professional and had a thorough knowledge of the vehicle. Received us well at their offices on a Saturday afternoon, allowed us to test drive the car, walked us through the features of the car in detail....all the while ensuring that the mood was light with lots of laughter. Never felt pressured from their whole team to close the deal, they were patient and kind. The chocolate and water was very thoughtful, and the end-to-end processing of all documentation within less than an hour was extremely well executed. Got a couple of months warranty as well, and these guys are so genuine and are keen to ensure we enjoy the vehicle post-purchase. If I could buy a car every day, I would be heading down to JAD Motors daily (or I would just rent a flat next door LOOOL!!) Hats off to you guys, very satisfied customer here. 11/10 is my score (110%) :)

The team at JAD motors were all very welcoming, they were extremely polite and helpful during the process of my purchase. After initial viewing I felt there were a couple of things that I would liked fixed before purchasing and without hesitation these small issues were rectified. They were all very helpful and I will definitely recommend and use them again when looking for cars for my family!!

David was really helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Gave us a nice price for our p/x and offered a good deal on the Velar we bought. Excellent communication right from the start to the end and helped me a lot throughout the process, being patient till we eventually managed our finances and also providing guidance regarding retaining our private plate. Can't be more happier with the experience overall. Mark was also very friendly and offered us a nice cup of coffee to keep us nice and warm on our purchase day! Would highly recommend this company. Awesome experience from start to finish. Even from before seeing the car, David answered all my questions promptly and then arranged a viewing at my convenience. The car was exactly as advertised and the fact that he has an in house mechanic team put me at ease even more. Bought the car a few months ago from his showroom in Birmingham and works like a charm. I know where to go when I'll be needing an upgrade. Highly recommended!
